Shoes broke after one wear.

I ordered a pair of the tan cowboy boots in July. I received them on the 11th and was saving to wear them for my friend’s bachelorette trip to Montana in August. I had only worn them to a restaurant and a rodeo there and the heel on one of the shoes had completely caved in and broke while the other one was fine. The ground I was walking on wasn’t too rough either. For the most part I was walking on dust and pavement.

I emailed the company, waited a month, and got no response back on the faulty shoe which was really disappointing. The shoes are absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. I just wish the quality was better.

This all being said, maybe I was just unlucky and it was just one faulty shoe. I still think the shoes are a great purchase.

These are so comfy and fit me perfectly. I wear size 8.5-9 (regular width feet) and bought size 9. I have larger than average calves and they still fit nicely. Boots are exactly as pictured. LOVE
