Pre-Order Items

How it Works:

• Items that are "Pre-Order" will be clearly marked in the product description.

• You will place an order as usual for all pre-order items. You will be charged for the pre-order item when you place the order. 

• Once we receive the item(s) in store your order will be fulfilled and shipped. Estimated shipping time is 2-3 weeks.

• We will not ship your order until we receive all items in your order. If you would like to separate your order, you will be required to place two or more orders. For example: one order will be for your in stock items and will ship immediately. Then place a second order for your pre-order items. Your pre order items will ship once in stock. Shipping charges will apply to each order placed.

• If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order item(s), you will be issued a store credit.

• All Pre-Orders are final sale. No exceptions. 

• If a pre-order item is listed as out of stock, then that item, colour or size is not available anymore.
