CANADA POST SHIPPING
You may have already noticed in the news that Canada Post strike is now in effect.
For the time being, we will be shipping with other couriers, if feasible. We know that the holiday season is one of the busiest times of year for everyone so we want to make sure you get your orders in time for Christmas.
That being said, some courier costs are significantly more then Canada Post. So if costs allow, we will ship your package via courier. If the cost of shipping significantly surpasses our standard shipping rates, we will wait to ship your packages via Canada Post. If your order is effected, we will contact you via email.
We understand how frustrating this may be, but we will do our best to get your packages to you! Also, keep in mind, only Canada Post ships to PO Boxes. If you have a PO Box, please use an alternative address if it is an option.
Please note, we will not be offering refunds due to the shipping delays.
